Recall, The Rivers state sector Commander of the Federal Road Safety Commission, FRSC, Andrew A. Kumapayi who went viral after he reportedly cut they hairs of some female officers during parade yesterday.
Nigerians on Social media who did not take this slightly have come out to criticize the commander who is currently being questioned.

ReplyDeletethere is need to do proper investigation before condemning his actions, personally i am not in support of his cutting their hair...some commented that he should have queried them (have we found out if he did not).
ReplyDeleteAnother aspect of this lies in the rules and regulations of the Commission, this is a paramilitary sector are ladies meant to keep/make such hairs.
My point here is the man's punishment may have been harsh but the women in question were also wrong for keeping/making such hair.
