The governor of Kaduna State, Mallam Nasir el-Rufai, have replied former Vice President Atiku Abubakar who recently said he lied against him in his insinuations that he's corrupt.
El-Rufai described Atiku as an expert in the art of falsehood. Read his reaction below:
