This is a sad story about modern slavery in Nigeria, how western companies are milking Nigerians.
There is no respect for Nigerians, the working conditions are so bad,

Usually there's always a Chinese supervisor anywhere Nigerian labourers are working, but here, they are left alone

These guys earn 1100 naira daily

Here is one of the boys taking air just after pouring the fly ash into the batching machine. Notice his red mouth.When we googled 'the effects of fly ash', what we found was devastating
When this guy complained, he was told to just go to the clinic for treatment
But we found that it takes a lifetime to treat d aftermath of fly ash

.When it started drizzling one of there staff (Nigeria) told the labourers to go and get their rain coats
 But he was told none was issued to them, I kept quite thinking that when the rain starts they will leave site
 Amazingly, when it started they were not allowed to go. The staff told them to leave but they refused that if they leave, they will be sacked.  As you can see, all the Chinese guys were shielded. It was not until they saw the staff (Nigerian) taking pictures that they now freed the boys. four of these guys have been here for over two years without any promotion.They earn abt 32k monthly.

Take for example, the drinking water, bottled water is provided for all Chinese men, while the Nigerians get sick drinking the so called purified tap water here. If the tap water is so clean why don't the Chinese drink it, why drink bottled water from Abuja?
When I'm talking about Chinese men, I don't mean Expatriates o, I mean Chinese labourers most of them are illiterates with no formal education. Our Nigerian engineers do not have any say on site, because they face sack. Any Chinese labourer can sack any Nigerian engineer or labourer at any time and nothing happens. A Chinese labourer (not an engineer) earns between 200,000-350,000 monthly while Nigerian engineers earn between 50,000-100,000, Nigerian labourers earn between 25,000-50,000 monthly with hard labour. There is a union chairman that has been bought over by the Chinese, every Nigerian pays 1,000 compulsory fee to the union and the union does nothing to protect their interest. If any Nigerian speaks out against any Chinese, he is sacked immediately so it's either you do what they want or leave and because of the economic downturn everyone obeys them like slaves.

Nigerian engineers are employed as clerks, with a salary range of btw 65k-75
