The upper photo shows Ahmed Makarfi, then the governor of Kaduna State (May 29, 1999 to 29 May 2007) being greeted by Mallam Nasir Elrufai. The lower photo taken yesterday after Eid prayer, shows Makarfi greeting the current Governor of Kaduna State, El-Rufai.
