Militant group, Niger Delta Avengers claim to have blown up an NNPC, pipeline at Eleme leading to the Nigeria Liquefied National Gas, NLNG in the state. The group in a statement shared on their Facebook wall, claimed the attack was carried out at about 3am yesterday July 6th;
“By 3.00 am, yesterday, strike team 2, carried out a major strike, bombing NNPC pipeline at Eleme leading to NLNG. You won’t stop us.”their statement read
In a related development, the Joint Niger Delta Liberation Force, JNDLF, yesterday threatened to attack seven flow stations in Bayelsa state.
Their Facebook page has since been taken down!
