His Excellency Dr Abdullahi Umar Ganduje OFR received the Ambassador of Philippines to Nigeria Her Excellency Shirley Ho who came for an official visit to Kano.
Madame Shirley said she was in Kano to explore areas of mutual benefit for her country and Kano state in particular. Especially in Agriculture and education, which are both sectors that her country have excelled in. She also extended an invitation to Governor Ganduje to visit Phillliphines in order to do an on the ground assessment.
Governor Ganduje thanked her and her delegation for the visit, and expressed his readiness to cooperate and take advantage of her offer for the development of the state.
