Chief field officer, UNICEF Kaduna says UNICEF is impressed with KDSG on how passionate the state is about Women and Children health care.
In his remarks, Dr Omar Abdi said KDSG provided N300M while UNICEF provided a counterpart of N450M to procure the RUTF.
Ready To Use Therapeutic Food will be used to treat 54,000 malnourished children in KD. This,we believe is a major step in a right direction
Deputy Executive Director added, that except KD, no state in Nigeria has contributed as much as N300 million to fight malnutrition.
