Kaduna State Government granted Anjeed Kafanchan Solar Limited certificate of Occupancy for the construction of a 100MW Solar plant.
Anjeed Kafanchan Solar Limited is an indigenous independent Solar generating company which has secured 300 hectares of land for the Solar plant construction in Zunuruk Kafanchan.
Upon completion of Anjeed Kafanchan 100MW Solar Project, Jema'a LGA will meet its 7.5MW peak demand. The Kafanchan area requires 5MW, while the rest of the LGA needs 2.5MW. The 132KVA lines will allow excess power generated to be sent to Jos and beyond.
