A young man identified as Hassan Abdullahi reportedly died in police custody in Zamfara state. According to reports, the police carried out a raid in an area known as Gummi, and arrested Hassan last week.
He was in their custody for 24 hours before he was rushed to the general hospital in the state where he was certified dead.
His family members are calling for an inquiry to be set up to determine the cause of his death. See graphic photo of the deceased below….
