The Provost Isa Kaita College of Education Dutsin-Ma, Dr Maigari Abdu out of magnanimity donated a brand new motorcycle today in the morning to Bilkisu Dikko, a physically challenged NCE II student of Computer Education Department.

The Provost saw this girl walking in the College using crutches, he sympathised with her and admired her courage and determination to further her Education despite her physical deformity.
