Hajara Husseini, a teenage Muslim girl, upon sighting the cross, had said that she would start healing and performing other miracles.
However, her family on hearing this was said to hide the girl and ‘ferry to Bauchi state, New Telegraph reports.

The teenager spotted the cross about 7:35 pm on September 28 in the company of two girls and she was taken away after she prayed with some white men who visited the site of the crucifix.
The mysterious sighting attracted a huge crowd near the mosque in Nasarawa state.
However, Hajara has not been seen since then.
Her family reportedly took her away to Bauchi state, where her biological father had gone to work before he got converted to Islam, but Hajara has reportedly denied eating, begging her parents to let her return to Assakio to finish what she said God had ordered her to do before the crucifix.

The appearance of the miraculous cross nearby the mosque left people in admiration as hundreds of people from the area and neighboring places trooped to the place for deliverance.
