An Abuja-based ICT company, Alliance Infotech Nigeria, on Friday rewarded five members of the National Youth Service Corps in Benue State with automatic employment.
The company said it was a reward for their commitment to serving their fatherland.
The Chief Executive Officer of the company, Mr. Raymond Asemakaha, presented the appointment letters to the corps members during a capacity building and entrepreneurship development workshop with the theme: “Employer of Employee’’, held in Makurdi, the capital.
The workshop, which was organised by Adebayo Oluwatobi, an NYSC member serving in Benue, drew participants from various youth centres and among corps members in the state.
The corps members are Emmanuel Erhahi, Yakubu Kemi, Ajogwu Arinze Emmanuel, Audu-Jimoh Joy and Igbegbe Philip.
While presenting the letters to the beneficiaries, Asemakaha stated that they were chosen based on their records obtained from their places of primary assignments and the way they conducted themselves during the workshop.
